I started investing in real estate in 2010 and co-founded Fresh Capital in 2012 to focus on real estate investing, acquisition, and development. I began by doing deals with friends and family, but eventually as I came across more and more deal flow and increasingly larger opportunities
I began raising capital from a broader base of investors. In the last decade I have executed, acquired, developed, and managed close to $500mm worth of commercial real estate assets across nearly ever asset class. Today, with my partnership 3MC Partners, I focus primarily on value-add multifamily investing in the southeast.
